- $3.8 million – Bremerton, Combined Sewer Overflow Project
- $750,000 – Tacoma, Bates Technical College, for upgrade of transmission equipment for a PBS affiliate
- $500,000 – King County, Direct Carbonate Fuel Cell Demonstration Project
- $300,000 – Renton, Port Quendall brownfields redevelopment project
- $250,000 – University of Washington Tacoma, Institute of Technology
- $240,000 – Black Diamond, Replacement water main and improvements to pump station
- $200,000 – Pierce County, Gig Harbor Historical Society museum and cultural center
- $100,000 – Seattle Center Opera House renovation
- $90,000 – Greenwater, Water system construction for rural business center
- $90,000 – City of Maple Valley, Youth Center construction
- $90,000 – City of Duvall, Building renovation for youth center
- $80,000 – Bremerton, YWCA for facilities expansion
- $50,000 – City of Poulsbo, improvements to the public library
- $50,000 – Lake Washington Technical College (Redmond), environmental assessment
