Lloyd was also a personal mentor and friend. He offered a helping hand when I was first starting out, took the time to show me the ropes, and was a true role model for how to be an effective legislator.
My thoughts are with his family during this difficult time. I hope they may take comfort in knowing that Washington state is a better place thanks to his service.”
